The estimation of grades in complex geological deposits presents challenges to experts in geological modeling. Traditional interpolation methods are based on distance and direction. In folded deposits, grades must be related to distance relative to the deposition time, before deformation. It is known that grade estimation is the foundation for calculating reserves and mine planning.
