MineSight Planner (MSPlanner) is one of the latest powerful new tools in MineSight, designed for interactively generating short-term mine plans with dynamic reports. Most of its functionality stems directly from the success of MineSight Interactive Planner (MSIP), but it is also distinguished by many other features. A simple and intuitive interface along with additional planning features that will allow you to generate, execute and evaluate mine plans with ease and greater efficiency. Among the benefits of MSPlanner, the following stand out:
Generate real-time reserve reports with MineSight Reserve integration
MSPlanner generates real-time reservation reports with MSReserve integration, in addition to enabling the use of various reservation logics with different block models, enabling reconciliations to be carried out in the tool.
Assign haul and load fleets to cuts to analyze equipment hours
MSHaulage has recently integrated with MSPlanner. Now you can seamlessly connect an already created MSHaulage plan, assign fleets to cuts and generate reports on cycle times, equipment hours, travel time and fuel consumption rates. It is also possible to create haul and load fleets within MSPlanner that use a manually entered 3D distance or destination cycle times if you don't have an MSHaulage plan already created.
Group periods for effortless reporting
Reporting Periods is a useful feature that allows you to group plan periods into longer timeframes for generating reports. You can create a daily plan and generate weekly and/or monthly reports of your results. Easily create reports from data, just the way you want.
Organize cuts with filters and custom lists
Organization is key to offering a consistent mining plan. Through customizable cut lists, it is possible to group cuts according to properties and attributes, creating lists of activities on the tab Activity List. Create, clone and eliminate all the lists you want, for example, of cuts by phase, or by period, or by destination. You can apply filters to lists and focus on current workspaces.
Use templates to quickly assign attributes and perform additional calculations
Templates provide a quick and tidy method of assigning values to the properties of a slice or a series of slices. These templates can be applied when importing the cuts or when selecting the desired cuts from the activity list. You can also add Python calculations to templates for greater flexibility, if needed.
Route materials logically to predefined destinations
Destinations can be imported from MSHaulage or created manually in the tab Process Canvas. Materials are mapped to their appropriate destinations, applying material cut-off grades or user-designated properties from MSReserve. To complete the material routing process, it is also possible to specify restrictions on destinations and recovery by period with an optional priority order. Destination reservations provide detailed route reports to ensure accurate material movement.
Generate detailed reports and charts for advanced analysis with Advanced Reporting and Charting (ARC)
MSPlanner introduces a new approach to generating ARC reports. Instead of creating templates, MSPlanner keeps an updated list of all previously created reports. It's a great feature because it lets you quickly select multiple report styles on the fly, as well as fine-tune reports for simultaneous evaluation and viewing.
Short term planning has never been easier! Thanks to MSPlanner's attractive interface and powerful design tools, you'll be able to create your mine plans with confidence and speed. MSReserve integration, transport and loading fleet control (MSHaulage), Reporting Periods, user properties, custom cut lists, templates, custom mapping to Destinations and built-in Advanced Reporting and Charting (ARC) are just some of the main features that this tool offers.
